  I live near this taco bell, and I like taco bell, so I visit it frequently. They almost always get something wrong, whether it is ringing up an item wrong, being out of an ingredient, making an item incorrectly, or failing to properly lid the cup (causing an easy spill in the car). I live close, and like the food, so I kinda have to go, but these guys need to get their consistency up.

  More than likely the worst Taco Bell in Northern Utah. We have gone here multiple times, each time ordering the same things to see if they would ever make the order right. The rice is never cooked, they put nacho cheese on a quesadilla... really guys? More often than not, items are forgotten and never put in the bag, and if there is the correct amount of items in the bag, I can guarantee you one of those items is the wrong order, or made completely wrong.
  
  I rated 2/5 because of the fact it still is a Taco Bell and the physical location is in a convenient area.
